Construction Project Manager - Commercial Construction Company - Base Salary to 120k/year - Alexandria, VA

• Our client is a well-established construction firm based in Alexandria, Northern Virginia that has been in business for over 30 years.
  
• The Construction Project Manager position requires 5+ years experience in project management work. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for management of multiple projects concurrently and miscellaneous estimating of new projects.

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership (100%) of projects and efficiently manage schedule budgets, subcontractors, change orders, progress meetings.
  
• Work closely with office staff and assist with review of subcontractors’ invoices.
  
• Interface closely with clients and subcontractors.
  
• Must have experience using Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project.
  
• Schedule management.
  
• Contract writing and negotiations.
  
• Subcontractor buyout/procurement.
  
• Scope development.
  
• Bidding and estimating.
  
• Review of subcontractors’ submittals/process.
  
• Weekly meetings with Owner/Representatives.
  
• Prepare monthly progress reports/status reports.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years as commercial project manager with field experience.
  
• Strong working knowledge of Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam.
  
• Safety certifications.
  
• Preferably bilingual (Spanish).
