    Position Overview

    As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll lead all phases of project execution—from pre-construction planning through close-out. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and teams across multi-family, commercial, and K–12 construction projects, ensuring every job is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This position is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong understanding of construction operations and exceptional leadership skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Management

    • Lead project setup, execution, and close-out with precision and accountability.

    • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance to ensure cost-effectiveness.

    • Manage construction phases from site mobilization to final delivery.

    • Identify and mitigate risks throughout all stages of construction.

    Team Leadership

    • Directly supervise and mentor project team members.

    • Assign responsibilities, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

    • Support team development through training, recognition, and conflict resolution.

    Client & Stakeholder Communication

    • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.

    • Represent the company as a client sponsor, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.

    Required Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.

    • Experience: 2–4+ years as a Project Manager in multi-family housing, commercial, or K–12 construction projects.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

    Technical Skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level).

    • Experience with Procore or ability to quickly become proficient in its full suite of tools.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to interpret technical documents, contracts, and construction plans.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary: $115,000–$135,000 annually + bonus potential

    • Bonus: Signing bonus and performance-based bonuses

    • Pay Schedule: Weekly
