Construction Project Manager / Estimator

Konik is partnered with a growing commercial construction company who is adding at Project Manager / Estimator to their team. With projects spanning multiple industries across the region, they’re seeking a self-motivated Project Manager / Estimator to join their collaborative team. This office-based role offers the chance to manage projects from concept through completion while contributing to a company built on integrity, service, teamwork, communication, and innovation.

Construction Project Manager / Estimator Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are achieved
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, proposals, and scopes of work for new and ongoing projects
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, municipalities, and design professionals throughout project development and execution
• Oversee financial performance, including budgets, projections, bids, and subcontractor invoices
• Review drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure design intent and constructability
• Assist with business development efforts and client presentations to support company growth
• Lead project closeout activities, including punch list completion and owner turnover

Construction Project Manager / Estimator Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Estimator in commercial construction (GC experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) and Bluebeam; experience with Procore or AutoCAD is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively across teams
• Driven self-starter with initiative and a strong work ethic
