SERVPRO of Belle Meade / West Nashville
At SERVPRO of Belle Meade / West Nashville, our work is guided by five core values: Built on Trust, A Place to Call Home, Onward & Upward, Stewardship, and Master Where You Are.
These values shape how we serve homeowners, manage projects, support our teammates, and take ownership of results. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager who leads with integrity, executes with urgency, and takes pride in running clean, well-managed jobs — from the first conversation through final closeout.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an execution-focused Construction Project Manager who can step directly into active reconstruction projects and help expand the number of jobs we can successfully run in parallel.
This role is designed for someone who:
Has successfully managed numerous residential and/or commercial insurance reconstruction projects simultaneously
Is comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving scope and supplement-driven environments
Can independently own jobs from mitigation handoff through closeout — including customer buy-in, scope alignment, and signed change orders
Coordinates subcontractors and trades across several active jobsites at once
Can support a hybrid project mix, including residential reconstruction and select commercial or light healthcare work
Ideally brings an existing, reliable subcontractor base that allows them to move quickly into production mode (not required, but a strong differentiator)
This is a capacity and execution hire, not a developmental or mentoring role. We are hiring for immediate production capability.
What We Offer
A team-oriented culture that values accountability, execution, and trust
Company vehicle and company gas card
Health, dental, vision, and additional benefits
Career growth within a high-volume, tech-forward organization
Strong estimating, operations, and administrative support
Competitive compensation with six-figure earning potential
Role Overview
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for owning reconstruction projects end-to-end — from mitigation handoff through final closeout — while maintaining control of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer experience.
This role goes beyond jobsite management. You will:
Help close work, defend scope, and secure approvals
Present the reconstruction plan, set expectations, and win customer confidence
Educate customers throughout the restoration-to-rebuild process so there are no surprises
You will manage multiple active projects at various stages, coordinate subcontractors and internal teams, and ensure work is executed efficiently, profitably, and in compliance with all applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage residential insurance reconstruction projects and select commercial work
Own projects from pre-construction through final completion, including customer buy-in and signed change orders
Present scopes of work, timelines, and expectations to customers and stakeholders
Educate customers daily on the reconstruction process, next steps, and decision points
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and production targets
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources across active jobsites
Identify scope changes and lead supplement and change order processes
Negotiate scope, pricing, timelines, and trade performance with customers, carriers, and subcontractors
Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, and local codes
Maintain accurate and timely project documentation (photos, contracts, change orders, logs)
Perform routine jobsite visits and quality control inspections
Drive projects to timely closeout while protecting margin and customer satisfaction
Required Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in insurance reconstruction, restoration, or fast-cycle commercial construction
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, cost control, and supplements
Experience working in evolving scope environments that require customer education and negotiation
High level of ownership, organization, and follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
Highly Desired Experience (Not Required)
Healthcare or medical facility construction exposure
Familiarity with ICRA or PCRA practices
Strong understanding of insurance-driven project workflows
Industry certifications such as WRT or ASD
Experience with Xactimate and construction management software
What Success Looks Like in This Role
Success in this position is measured by clear, objective outcomes, including:
Strong customer satisfaction scores (NPS / reviews / COS)
Consistent schedule adherence and cycle-time control
Projects completed within approved scope and gross profit targets
Timely, complete documentation that supports fast billing and collections
Disciplined change order management with minimal “free work” drift
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Ability to work in active construction environments
Ability to stand, walk, climb, and navigate jobsites for extended periods
Exposure to weather conditions, noise, and jobsite hazards
Ability to pass background and driving record checks (as applicable)
