- Plan and manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and address delays or issues.
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site visits and project meetings.
- Track project costs and approve expenditures.
- Manage risk and implement solutions to minimize project disruptions.
- Communicate project status to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Oversee quality control and ensure work meets specifications.
- Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
