Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Manage residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion • Coordinate and supervise Trade Partners • Maintain project schedules and job site logistics • Ensure job site cleanliness, safety, and organization • Monitor project budgets and raise scope deviations proactively • Maintain daily job logs and photo documentation • Work closely with Project Directors to deliver exceptional client experiences • Participate in post-project reviews to improve systems and performance Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For • 5+ years of residential construction experience • 2+ years managing job sites • Strong leadership and communication skills • Highly organized and proactive • Comfortable working with scheduling and project management software • Committed to maintaining professional job site standards Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 yearly
