    • Our client is a premier hardscape and landscape design firm specializing in high-end residential projects. Headquartered in Sterling and with a service area spanning from New Hampshire to Cape Cod, they have established a reputation for precision masonry and complex site engineering over four decades of operation.
    • In this role, the Construction Project Manager will be serving as the critical link between executive operations, field crews, and high-end clients. This position is primarily in the field throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and will be managing anywhere from 2 – 8 projects at a time ranging from 40k to 800k each. Sourcing materials and ensuring each job site is equipped with what they need is a key component.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage concurrent projects from planning through to execution
    • Act as the primary point of contact for the customer base and the internal go-between for the Head of Operations and the Foremen
    • Coordinate material ordering and collect bid for vendors for gravel, stone, etc. Have knowledge of specialty materials and stone in luxury hardscape construction
    • Conduct site visits, ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards
    • Prepare pay applications, RFIs, purchase orders, and change orders
    • Communicate regularly with stakeholders through status reports and updates

    Qualifications:

    • 4+ years experience in civil construction, hardscape or landscape experience strongly preferred
    • Ability to work out of the Sterling office as well as in the field (90%)
    • Ability to travel throughout the service areas, including for overnight assignments as needed
    • Deep understanding of drawings, blueprints, setting grades, and heavy civil construction materials/methods

    Compensation:

    • Base salary in the 100 – 130k/year range, with a pay bump review after 6 months
