Construction Project Manager (ICI)
Location: Thunder Bay, ON
Salary up to $130k + Benefits

Our client is a leading General Contractor in Northwestern Ontario, specializing in commercial, educational, institutional construction, and light industrial projects. Their family-owned business prides itself on a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and teamwork.

They are currently seeking a Project Manager who will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines. Your role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and team members, managing project schedules and documents, and upholding their health and safety standards.

Who You Are
You are an experienced Project Manager adept in Microsoft Office and project management software with experience ideally in Public Sector and Institutional work.
Your leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to safety and quality make you stand out. You're ready to tackle challenges head-on, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to exceed expectations.

Minimum Requirements:
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and project management tools including Procore experience.
• Valid ‘G’ Class Driver’s License.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Bonus Requirements:
• Project Management certification
• LEED certification.
• Experience with Procore software.
• Local experience in the Northwestern Ontario region.
