Project Kickoff: Handle material orders, manage change orders, and monitor project budgets to ensure everything stays on track. Recruit, schedule, and oversee installation crews as needed.
Project Oversight: Monitor progress on active jobs, communicate with homeowners throughout the process, and manage any changes or challenges that arise.
