  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential construction and remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to company standards. Responsibilities: • Manage multiple construction and remodeling projects simultaneously • Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers • Communicate regularly with clients regarding progress, changes, and expectations • Review plans, scopes of work, and specifications for accuracy • Track budgets, change orders, and job costs • Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance • Collaborate with the office/admin team on documentation and reporting • Ensure projects comply with local codes and company standards Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in residential construction project management • Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and materials • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with project management software (JobTread or similar preferred) • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred Skills • Experience with high-end residential remodeling • Budget tracking and job costing experience • Leadership and subcontractor management skills Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly
