  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential construction and remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to company standards. Responsibilities: • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work across multiple jobs. • Coordinate inspections, materials, and labor. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Resolve project conflicts and make informed decisions under pressure. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and production. • Approve invoices, track expenses, and maintain profitability targets. • Train and support Lead Carpenters. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in residential construction project management. • Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and materials. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with project management software (JobTread or similar preferred). • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Preferred Skills • Experience with high-end residential remodeling. • Budget tracking and job costing experience. • Leadership and subcontractor management skills. Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly
