    About Keil Construction

Keil Construction is a mid-sized, highly experienced residential construction company based on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, with over 30 years of experience building and renovating homes. We specialize in high-end renovations and custom residential projects, with a strong focus on historic Capitol Hill homes and the architectural, structural, and regulatory complexities that come with them. The majority of our work is located on Capitol Hill, where our long-standing presence has given us deep familiarity with local building conditions, permitting, and historic review processes.

Our projects are detail-driven and often involve complex scope, tight urban sites, and close coordination with architects, designers, and homeowners. They require careful planning, clear communication, and a high standard of craftsmanship. We value project managers who are comfortable taking ownership of their projects, working closely with field crews and clients, and managing the many moving parts of residential construction in a historic urban environment.

We’re a growing company and are actively building the next phase of our leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to take real ownership of projects, work closely with company leadership, and have a meaningful impact on how the company operates and continues to grow.
