We are a leading Commercial Interiors General Contractor seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial interiors construction projects.
Budget Management: Manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
Client Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project updates.
Team Coordination: Lead and motivate project teams, including Superintendents, subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
Risk Management: Identify and address potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial interiors construction project management.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering commercial construction projects in New York City.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software.
