Responsibilities: • Inform key stakeholders of the status of the project by producing regular progress reports • Ensure teams work to follow all health and safety standards to prevent injuries and obstacles to project completion, and quickly report any safety regulation issues • Clarify the scope with clients, engineers, construction managers, and architects to produce an accurate list of project specifications, including manual labor needs and necessary materials • Schedule construction operations and create a construction timeline to ensure project deadlines are met • Supervise general contractors and laborers and provide direction when needed to ensure the job is high quality Qualifications: • Excellent time-management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills • Knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building permits, blueprints, building codes, construction equipment, material resources, construction methods, and project management principles • Familiarity with construction project management software is highly valued Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 yearly
