We develop and operate: Boutique Hospitality • The Strawberry Inn – Pine, AZ • Prescott Hotel (active remodel + expansion) • 6 Scottsdale vacation rentals • Expanding to 5+ boutique destinations The Dale Modern Day Spa • 3 locations operating • 4th in development (Arcadia) • 5th & 6th under contract • 50+ location long-term vision We operate on EOS. We build with discipline. We execute with urgency. Now we’re hiring a Construction Project Manager (Development Lead) who thinks like an owner and can help us scale the right way. This is not a babysit-the-subs role. This is a build-the-development-machine role. Responsibilities: What You’ll Own Development Leadership • Ground-up projects (site work, utilities, vertical build) • Major remodels and repositioning • Budget creation from the concept phase • Scheduling and timeline control • Permitting and regulatory navigation (AZ municipalities) Financial Discipline • Build detailed, realistic budgets • Weekly cost tracking • Change order control • Negotiate subs and vendors • Deliver on budget — no excuses If you don’t enjoy spreadsheets, forecasting, and accountability — this isn’t for you. Crew & Subcontractor Management • Manage GCs or self-perform crews • Enforce luxury hospitality finish standards • Maintain safety and jobsite discipline • Step in when needed to protect the timeline and quality Systems & Scalability • Implement repeatable build processes • Improve construction SOPs • Help build a development playbook • Align projects with EOS Rocks and Scorecards Qualifications: Core Values We hire, fire, and promote by these: • Excellence – Your projects speak for themselves • Ownership – No blame.
