Construction Project Manager – Residential Design-Build

Minneapolis, MN | Direct Hire | $85K–$110K

Konik is partnering with a high-end residential and multi-family design-build contractor to add a Construction Project Manager to their Minneapolis-based team. This is a client-facing role focused on bringing custom homes and multi-family projects to life through strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail.

Construction Project Manager Highlights:

• Lead high-end residential and multi-family projects from design through completion

• Monday–Friday schedule, 7 AM–6 PM

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout all project phases
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal design/construction teams
• Oversee site progress, quality, and safety standards
• Resolve project issues proactively and maintain clear documentation
• Provide consistent project updates to clients and internal stakeholders

Construction Project Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ years of residential or multi-family construction project management experience
• Proven success leading projects from design through completion
• Strong client communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing

Construction Project Manager Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Buildertrend, Procore, or similar construction management platforms
• Proficient in Bluebeam Revu, PlanGrid, or similar project coordination tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word

Salary and Benefits:

• $85K–$110K base salary
