Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary liaison with clients — provide regular updates, address concerns, and manage expectations. • Keep project progress moving forward. • Supervise, support, and work alongside a 2–3 man field crew to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to company quality standards. • Plan, organize, and manage all phases of basement finishing and remodeling projects. • Support the field crew by delivering supplies and equipment. • Dictate the field crews' schedule and tasks for each day. Work with the Administrative Assistant to: • Create and maintain project schedules • Order and track materials • Coordinate subcontractors (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and workmanship. • Ensure all projects stay within budget and scope. • Identify and resolve project issues promptly. • Maintain clear documentation (daily logs, project variations, punch lists, etc.) • Coordinate with the Sales Representative regarding any project variations Qualifications: • 2+ years of construction project management or related supervisory experience (residential experience preferred). • Framing and trim carpentry skills and the necessary tools. • Familiarity of code compliance relating to basement finishing and remodeling. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) — comfortable dealing with clients. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects at once. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
