Job Description: Plan and execute Reconstruction projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, employees and resource providers involved in reconstruction services. Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the customer service and management of the customer experience.
Evaluate and sell projects. Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients
Create project schedule, timeline, budget and ensure they are met.
Identify and document project scope of work. Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate
Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget
Manage multiple subcontractors
Touch every job every day and keep the job moving
Compile and resolve punch list items
Maintain continuous communications with customers, subcontractors, and team members
Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers
Ensure all subcontractor paperwork is up to date
Ensure proper permits are acquired
Ensure quality control at project sites and adherence to safety standards
Perform final walk-through with customer to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management within the reconstruction industry
Superb customer service track record
Experience in Xactimate software required
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Effective written and oral communication
Experience in restoration and/or construction
High school diploma/GED (Degree Preferred)
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law, including employment verification, MVR, and drug testing
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
