    Job Description

    What You'll Do

    · Lead multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery on schedule and within budget

    · Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

    · Provide leadership and oversight to project managers, assistant project managers, and project teams

    · Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and cash flow projections

    · Identify project risks early and proactively implement solutions

    · Lead contract negotiations, change management, and project financial reporting

    · Maintain strict safety, quality, and client satisfaction standards throughout all phases of construction

    · Collaborate closely with estimating, field operations, and executive leadership to ensure seamless project execution

    · Help develop and improve project management systems, procedures, and best practices

    · Participate in business development efforts, client relationship management, and strategic planning initiatives

    What We're Looking For

    · 8+ years of project management experience in commercial, institutional, healthcare, senior living, and/or high-end residential construction

    · Demonstrated success managing complex construction projects from $5M to $25M+

    · Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing project teams

    · Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously

    · Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills

    · Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and contract management

    · Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, and related construction management software

    · Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
