    Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead high-end residential projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage the full lifecycle of a project while maintaining a strong presence on-site to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with client expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee all phases of luxury residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors

    Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

    Estimate costs, track expenses, and proactively manage financial performance throughout the project lifecycle

    Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution

    Monitor daily site activities to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to plans and specifications

    Conduct regular site inspections and implement quality control measures

    Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and design requirements

    Provide consistent project updates to clients, including progress reports and site documentation

    Identify and resolve issues related to delays, materials, or site conditions in a timely and professional manner

    Manage changes in project scope and adjust schedules and budgets accordingly

    Oversee the submittal and approval process between subcontractors, suppliers, and the design team

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

    Proven experience managing residential construction projects

    Strong understanding of high-end residential construction standards, materials, and finishes

    Ability to manage both project planning and field coordination effectively

    Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction/project management software

    Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents accurately

    Willingness to work in both office and field environments

    Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain seated for extended periods when required

    Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet project deadlines
