We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and oversee projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and organizational skills to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: • Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, and schedule. • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews. • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. • Prepare and present progress reports, change orders, and project updates to leadership and clients. • Oversee permit applications, inspections, and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality. • Resolve conflicts and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. • Foster strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project communications. • Collaborate with accounting and administrative teams to ensure accurate invoicing, billing, and financial tracking. • Implement best practices and contribute to process improvements for efficiency and scalability. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred but not required). • Minimum of 5 years of proven project management experience in residential and/or commercial construction. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and budgeting. • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Jobber, or similar) and MS Office Suite. • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and negotiation abilities. • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred. Compensation: $95,000 yearly plus starting bonus
