Responsibilities: • Supervise crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship. • Ensure each job is completed on schedule with a goal of zero punch items. • Track project progress, provide daily updates, and address delays with leadership. • Serve as the subject matter expert on project specifications, construction documents, and building codes. • This is a hands-on role where all employees, regardless of title, actively contribute on job sites. Qualifications: • Strong working knowledge of construction terms, estimating, scheduling, and skilled in reading and understanding construction documents. • Must be focused on building relationships with customers and customer representatives while consistently providing a positive outlook even through stressful situations. • Be able to accurately measure sites and complete take-offs • Extensive experience in commercial construction and all trades. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000
