Well established Long Island GC seeks experienced Project Managers for their growing business. Salary up to $150k including robust medical/dental insurance package and matching 401k

-Plan, organize and manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout

-Develop project schedules, budges and resource plans

-Manage subcontractors, supplies and labor teams to ensure work is completed to specifications

-Monitor construction progress and adjust schedules and budgets as needed

-Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to plans, quality standards and safety protocols
