    Project Planning and Coordination:

    Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project objectives

    Review project plans, proposals, and specifications

    Develop detailed project schedules and milestones

    Ability to manage large-scale projects from initiation to completion

    Technical Oversight:

    Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes

    Monitor construction progress and quality

    Address any technical issues promptly

    Evaluate contractor bids and proposals

    Must be able to perform manual labor as needed according to job requirements or instructions without any exceptions

    Budget and Cost Management:

    Monitor expenses, track costs, and adjust as needed

    Review change orders and cost estimates

    Subcontractor Management:

    Coordinate subcontractor activities

    Evaluate subcontractor performance

    Ensure timely delivery of materials and services

    Documentation and Reporting:

    Maintain accurate project records

    Prepare progress reports for stakeholders

    Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:

    Promote safety practices on-site

    Ensure compliance with environmental regulations

    Implement safety protocols

    Quality Assurance:

    Conduct inspections to verify workmanship and adherence to standards

    Address any deficiencies promptly

    Ensure project quality meets expectations

    Communication and Collaboration:

    Facilitate effective communication among project teams

    Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities

    Resolve conflicts and maintain project flow

    Requirements and Qualifications

    High end residential and/or commercial experience required

    Detail-oriented mindset with a positive "can-do" attitude

    Outstanding communicator: able to synthesize complex information into simple, actionable insights and communicate technical building processes with construction and non-construction team members equally

    Commitment to providing a positive experience for all project stakeholders, clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and team members

    Strong personal integrity and the highest ethical standards

    Able to function in a positive, friendly, high-energy, and collaborative environment

    Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask, work well under pressure, and efficiently meet deadlines

    Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

    Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, preferably in project management or engineering roles

    Strong understanding of OSHA and other pertinent laws and regulations (OSHA certification a plus)

    Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Bluebeam Certification and Buildertrend Certification (30 Days)

    Valid driver's license

    Ability to pass a background check

    Authorized to work in the United States
