    Are you an experienced Quality Control professional with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills? If so, we’d like to hear from you. If so, we are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-driven Quality Control Engineer to ensure our construction projects meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety. The ideal candidate has a solid background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, and is comfortable reviewing and interpreting complex technical documentation. A genuine interest in reading and analyzing detailed materials is essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement quality control procedures to meet plans, specifications, and industry standards. • Prepare daily and weekly quality control reports documenting compliance and progress. • Ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations and U.S. safety codes. • Verify subcontractors’ and suppliers’ compliance with safety and quality standards. • Support safety audits and corrective actions when needed. • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and non-conformance reports. • Track and close quality issues in collaboration with project managers. • Work with the Project Management and Cost Estimation teams to resolve quality concerns quickly. • Participate in pre-construction meetings to set quality expectations. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related field. • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and U.S. construction standards. • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and QA/QC processes. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents in English. • Strong reading and comprehension skills, with the ability to review and analyze extensive technical documents. • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (minimum 80%).Previous experience in quality control, safety inspections, or construction management is a plus. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; QA/QC tracking tools knowledge is a plus. • Maintain an open mindset toward the use of Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize processes, improve review efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making. Compensation: $150 hourly
