We’re looking for a Construction Relationship Manager to help grow our business by building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, property managers, builders, vendors, and other key industry partners. This is a relationship-driven role focused on creating new opportunities, developing trust within the community, and helping expand the company’s presence in the market. The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, professional, and comfortable representing the company in networking events, meetings, job sites, and client interactions. You should enjoy connecting with people, following up consistently, and turning conversations into long-term business relationships. Compensation & Benefits • Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000 (base salary) • Bonus Opportunities • Paid Time Off • Medical • Dental Plan • Vision • Basic Life and AD&D • Voluntary Life AD&D • Short- and Long-Term Disability Plan • Accident (High & Low) Plan • Critical Illness Plan • Hospital Indemnity Plan • Paid Gym Membership through Lifetime Fitness Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, property managers, and industry professionals • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Attend networking events, industry functions, and community events • Conduct in-person meetings and site visits with potential clients and partners • Follow up consistently with leads, referral partners, and prospects • Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and business development initiatives • Maintain accurate records of contacts, conversations, and opportunities within the CRM • Represent the company professionally in all interactions • Help strengthen the company’s reputation and visibility within the market Qualifications: • Previous experience in business development, relationship management, sales, or account management preferred • Construction, home services, property management, or related industry experience is a plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently • Organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships • Comfortable spending time in the field meeting clients and partners • CRM experience preferred Compensation: $150,000+ OTE
