We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Construction Renovation Ops Support opportunity with a premier mortgage company!

Primary focus: Managing pipeline of single-close construction loans as they approach conversion/modification. This includes, but is not limited to, guiding all parties through the conversion process to ensure the loan is locked, all documents received, final title received, servicer rollover complete and ready for investor delivery.

Secondary focus: May vary based on experience and growth. The focus may include:

• Draw administration or file review/prep during the loan process
• Pipeline management during the loan process for reviews and closings
• Timeline management for the overall closed loan portfolio
• Escrow holdback reviews and follow-ups
• Monitoring group email channels.

Must have experience in one or more areas:

• New construction financing
• 203K/HomeStyle
• Draw administration
• Encompass
• General Mortgage experience
  • Closing/title
  • Processing
  • LO/LOA
  • Underwriting

Expectations :

• Managing pipelines and time frames, ensuring projects, reviews, and conversions are on track and all parties are informed
• Must be able to develop a process and put it into action. Develop a process for file pass off, instructions for loan officers, a process with accounting, and communication. Processes are in place; we need them to be grown and improved.
• "How to” document creation
• Strong communication – Branch, Operations, title company, builders, borrowers, accounting, verify totals
• Mortgage knowledge to ensure compliance

_ Salary Range: $45,000 to $60,000_

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as a 401(k) plan.
