    We’re looking for a motivated Sales Associate who can generate and nurture opportunities, guide prospects through the sales process, and help convert qualified leads into signed projects.

    The Role - This is a relationship-driven sales role with a strong emphasis on both business development and closing.

    You will:

    Generate and cultivate new opportunities through self-generated leads, networking, and referrals

    Manage company-generated leads and move opportunities through the pipeline

    Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients

    Help guide clients through budget, scope, and pre-construction conversations

    Build trust and support clients through the decision-making process

    Work closely with ownership and the internal team to help achieve revenue goals

    This is not a passive sales role. You are expected to create momentum, drive follow-up, and help move opportunities toward close.

    Responsibilities

    Generate and develop self-sourced leads

    Manage qualified opportunities through signed contract

    Conduct discovery and vision meetings with homeowners

    Set and manage expectations around budget early

    Maintain urgency and consistent follow-up

    Support and refine sales messaging and client communication

    Collaborate with estimating, design, and production teams

    Maintain CRM activity and track pipeline performance

    Who You Are

    Proven success in sales, have business development, or consultative selling in the construction industry

    Personally closed high-value projects ($200K–$2M+)

    Experience in construction, remodeling, real estate, or high-ticket sales preferred

    Comfortable discussing budgets, scope, and expectations

    Strong relationship builder with a proactive, self-starting mindset

    Organized, responsive, and accountable
