Requirements:

5+ years of experience in construction sales and estimating.

Strong knowledge of residential construction processes and materials.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
