Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to join a growing team in Houston. This role is ideal for a motivated “hunter” who thrives on generating new business, building relationships, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, site visits, and relationship building
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, facility managers, and key decision-makers
• Perform roof inspections and identify client needs
• Create and present proposals, bids, and contracts
• Collaborate with estimating, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Stay informed on market trends, materials, and competitors
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Track all activity and pipeline using CRM software
Qualifications:
• Experience in commercial construction sales, facilities services, or related industries
• Strong network within the local market is highly preferred
• Understanding of commercial building systems and/or roofing is a plus
• Proficient with CRM tools and pipeline management
• Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to clients
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
• Comfortable working at heights when needed for site inspections
Preferred:
• Experience in commercial roofing or building envelope systems
• Knowledge of local building codes
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
