We are seeking a Construction Sales Representative to join our team! You will be quoting home repair jobs. Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Windows, Decks, Porch's, baths, kitchens, room additions, flooring, etc.

** Responsibilities:**

• Present and sell company home repair products and services to new and existing customers. Storm damage claims.
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Write detailed estimates, measure properties, inspect properties.
• Write contracts and communicate with homeowner & office.
• Attend sales meetings.
• Some supplied leads, self-generate leads is best in a Neiborhood hit with storm damage.
• manage your job during build and communicate with homeowner.
• Haul ladder and return leftover materials from job.
• Figure projected profit and loss.
• Be updated on latest materials.
• Most sales reps. Start 30/70 split once trained fully. will make 50/50 split. Also have base plus commission option.
• average sales for reps 500,000 to 750,000.
• Training can be supplied.
