About the Role:

We are hiring construction siding installers full health benefits, PTO, Paid Holidays, sign on bonus.

Responsibilities/Duties

Install, remove, replace siding on structure exteriors.

Has the knowledge to use tools to install siding evenly, solidly over the face of a building in a safe manner. Will need to have own basic hand tools.

Install siding to manufacturer Specs.

Help with job site set up.

Perform occasional heavy lifting as needed.

Able to follow instructions from crew leaders.

Ability to follow safety rules and regulations.

Maintain a clean and safe worksite.

May at times be required to install flashing, fascia and gutters as required/needed.

Coordinate with Project Managers to help implement project goals if required.

Represent the company products/services in a professional manner.

Skills/Qualifications

Experience and/or has the capabilities to perform this type of work

Ability and desire to work collaboratively to ensure successful project execution

Working knowledge of industry-related tools and materials.

Organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently, effectively, and safely.

Must have excellent interpersonal/communication skills for collaborating effectively with others.

Can multitask, work well under pressure, and work efficiently to meet strict deadlines.

Physical strength and stamina to perform duties as needed.

Job requires outside work in all types of elements.

Must be good/comfortable with heights

High School Diploma or GED

Reliable transportation to and from work

Any other duties as assigned by management.
