Now Hiring – Construction Site Cleaners

Location: Hampton, GA

Starting Pay: $19.00 per Hour

We are currently hiring dependable, hardworking Construction Site Cleaners to support commercial construction projects in Hampton, GA. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping construction sites clean, organized, and safe, we'd like to hear from you.

Typical Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Hours may vary depending on project needs and client schedules.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Perform daily construction site cleaning and housekeeping

Remove construction debris and dispose of waste properly

Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout the project

Clean windows, doors, walls, fixtures, and other finished surfaces

Prepare completed areas for owner inspections and turnover

Assist with final cleaning prior to project completion

Maintain walkways, stairwells, and work areas free of debris and hazards

Move materials, tools, and equipment as directed

Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures

Perform other labor and cleaning duties as assigned

Qualifications

Applicants must:

Be dependable and report to work on time every scheduled shift

Have a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Have reliable transportation

Be able to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying materials throughout the day

Be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening

Complete all required client and company safety orientation and training

Work well independently and as part of a team

Construction cleaning experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train dependable individuals with a strong work ethic.
