About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role responsible for managing subcontractors, vendors, and day-to-day field operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through completion

• Oversee subcontractors, trades, and vendors to ensure work quality and adherence to timelines

• Coordinate inspections, permits, and compliance with local authorities and government agencies

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and reporting

• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and site-specific regulations

• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts

• Identify potential issues early and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track

• Track project schedules, materials, labor, and costs to maintain deadlines and budgets

Requirements

• 5+ years of on-site construction management experience

• Strong background in ground-up construction

• Proven track record working for a general contractor

• Experience coordinating with government agencies and regulatory authorities

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts

• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and team management abilities
