    Job Summary:

    The Construction Site Manager oversees day-to-day operations on active construction sites to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively coordinate teams, manage resources, and maintain strong communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities and personnel.

    • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and materials to maintain the project schedule.

    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.

    • Lead daily/weekly site meetings and report project status to upper management.

    • Address and resolve any issues or delays that may affect the timeline or budget.

    • Maintain accurate records of site activities, inspections, and incidents.

    • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized worksite.

    • Work closely with project managers and engineers to interpret blueprints and construction documents.

    • Oversee and manage equipment use and ensure proper maintenance.


    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager, Superintendent, or similar role.

    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.

    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

    • Proficient in construction management software and tools.

    • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus.

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
