Responsibilities: • You will be the primary point of contact on the job site - a liaison between client, building management, internal project teams, and subcontractors and vendors. • Manage the construction schedule and ensure the highest quality product is delivered on time and within budget. • Schedule and oversee all involved subcontractors for each phase of construction and evaluate the quality and efficiency of their work to ensure work complies with local, state, and federal building code requirements and company standards of workmanship. • Travel to and supervise multiple job sites across the Puget Sound, managing the workload and progress of each active site. • Maintain and submit a written daily log documenting on-site teams, project progress, tasks performed, materials used, safety actions, and issues resolved (daily logs are mandatory for compliance and internal documentation) using BuilderTrend software. • Predict and manage labor and material resources. • Monitor quality control and enforce safety protocols across each project. • Maintain clean and compliant job sites, following environmental and disposal standards. • Identify and resolve issues, coordinate team collaboration, and document resolution paths as needed. • Lead by example in maintaining professionalism, organization, and cleanliness on all sites. • Participate in and contribute to weekly Superintendent Leadership meetings. • Conduct weekly job site safety meetings. • Additional duties may be presented during the interview. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent (TI or multifamily). • Deep knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety requirements. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Proficiency with construction management software and basic technology/software applications like Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. • A valid Washington State Driver’s License and clean driving record (Required). Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 yearly
