Responsibilities: • Address the project's costs with clients to ensure that it remains within budget • Prepare a written proposal for homeowners that includes a cost estimate for the project • Require complete adherence to health and safety regulations on construction sites to avoid accidents and delays, and report any problems to the project manager as soon as possible Qualifications: • Superb organizational, leadership, time-management, and communication skills • Physically capable of using heavy equipment and lifting at least 40 pounds Compensation: $28 - $30 hourly
