    Construction Site Supervisor – High-End Residential

    Pay: $100,000 – $125,000 per year (based on education and experience)

    Job Summary: Buildlabs is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations across multiple active job sites. This role serves as the critical link between field crews and project management, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project plans and quality standards.

    The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong field experience, the ability to direct teams effectively, and the judgment to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee day-to-day job site operations, ensuring all work is performed safely and in compliance with company and OSHA standards

    Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture where safety is prioritized at all times

    Develop and manage daily and weekly work schedules based on project needs, crew availability, and subcontractor coordination

    Monitor crew attendance and maintain accurate job logs

    Coordinate daily tasks and adjust plans as needed due to weather, deliveries, or staffing changes

    Delegate responsibilities to field crews and subcontractors, providing clear direction and expectations

    Ensure proper staffing, materials, and equipment are available to meet project timelines

    Oversee the safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment, including ensuring proper training and PPE usage

    Maintain and enforce quality standards across all job sites

    Monitor project scope and identify potential changes or issues proactively

    Resolve on-site conflicts or miscommunications quickly and professionally

    Provide regular updates on project status to Project Managers and leadership

    Coordinate with Project Managers to update schedules and timelines

    Schedule and manage required building inspections

    Support Project Managers with change orders, documentation, and identification of additional work

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or certification in a skilled trade (preferred)

    Minimum of 7 years of experience in residential construction, with significant field leadership experience

    Strong knowledge of construction best practices, equipment use, and OSHA safety regulations

    Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications

    Proven leadership and team management skills

    Excellent organizational and communication abilities

    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in the field

    Physically capable of meeting job site demands, including extended periods of standing, walking, and lifting

    Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus
