    Construction Superintendent – Residential Development & New Construction We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee our residential development and new construction projects, including custom homes, ADUs, cottages, duplexes, triplexes, and multifamily communities. This role is responsible for managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors and labor crews, maintaining project schedules, ensuring jobsite safety and quality, and driving projects from groundbreaking through final completion. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on construction experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple trades while keeping projects on schedule and within budget. Experience in residential new construction and working directly with subcontractors, inspectors, and project managers is highly preferred. Responsibilities: • Assess subcontractor progress against timelines and performance targets to ensure that work is completed on schedule and to the highest possible quality • Confirm that every construction project produces a high-quality finished product, supervise construction workers, execute regular on-site inspections, and provide feedback as needed • Hire subcontractors and verify that they have all the required permits Qualifications: • Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office software • Stamina for operating heavy equipment and lifting 40 pounds or more • A high school diploma is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • At least 5 years of previous experience as a general contractor required, preferably with some additional managerial experience • Excellent leadership, time-management, organizational, and communication skills Compensation: $35 - $50 hourly
