We are looking for a Construction Staff Accountant for a growing and successful Commercial Construction Company. This role will work closely with all members of the accounting team including AR, AP, purchasing, payroll and admin staff

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
• Perform audits, job costing, fleet management and ensuring adherence to standard requirements
• Report analysis and findings to management team

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction accounting or other related fields
• Experience with Spectrum ERP (preferred, not required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
