    Construction Superintendent - Commercial / Institutional Projects (South Florida)

    We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead complex, highly regulated commercial projects from the field. This role is strictly non-residential and non-multifamily, with project types that may include airports, ports, government facilities, higher education campuses, and healthcare environments.

    This position is ideal for a superintendent who thrives on structure, coordination, safety, and execution, where planning, communication, and leadership directly impact project outcomes.

    We are hiring and onboarding for starts March - May 2026 so act now if you are completing your current obligations and this window works for you.

    What You’ll Be Responsible For

    • Leading all field operations from mobilization through closeout
    • Managing site logistics, phasing, and daily work plans
    • Coordinating subcontractors, inspectors, and authorities having jurisdiction
    • Enforcing safety standards and quality control processes
    • Reviewing schedules and proactively managing look-ahead planning
    • Maintaining accurate daily reports and documentation
    • Collaborating closely with Project Management and Owners’ teams
    • Anticipating challenges and solving issues before they impact schedule or cost

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven superintendent experience on commercial/institutional projects
    • Strong understanding of regulated environments and compliance requirements
    • Ability to lead multiple trades with clarity and authority
    • Excellent communication skills with owners, inspectors, and design teams
    • Strong planning and organizational discipline
    • OSHA certification required (additional certifications a plus)
