Job Summary

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our facility, including equipment maintenance and personnel management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations on the job site. Ensure that work progresses according to the project schedule and that all safety protocols and quality standards are met.

Resource Management: Assess the resources needed for each phase of the project, including labor, materials, and equipment. This involves coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that everything is available when needed.

Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the project team, subcontractors, and the general contractor. Facilitate communication to resolve issues and keep everyone informed about project progress.

Documentation: Maintain daily logs of project activities, which include progress reports, safety checks, and any incidents that occur on site. This documentation is crucial for tracking the project's status and addressing any concerns.

Quality Control: Ensure that the work meets the required standards. Conduct regular inspections and oversee quality assurance processes to deliver a finished product that meets client expectations.

Qualifications
