    • Assist in maintaining the project schedule and weekly look-ahead planning
    • Enforce safety standards and participate in safety walks
    • Manage daily reports, progress documentation, and communication with PMs
    • Take on increasing leadership responsibility under the mentorship of a Lead Superintendent
    • Build the skills and confidence needed to eventually run your own project

    What You Bring

    • 3–7 years of experience in construction field operations with a GC, developer, or subcontractor
    • Ability to read plans, understand scopes, and communicate clearly with trades
    • Strong work ethic, accountability, and willingness to learn
    • Desire to be challenged and mentored into a Lead Superintendent role
    • Experience with commercial or multi-family projects preferred
    • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
    • Local to Miami-Dade County or able to commute daily

    Who This Role Is For

    • A superintendent who has run portions of the job but hasn’t yet been given full ownership
    • Someone who wants direct mentorship from seasoned field leaders
    • A builder with a positive attitude who takes pride in doing things right
    • A professional seeking a long-term career path with growth, not just a jobsite assignment

If you want to grow, be developed, and eventually lead your own projects, this role offers the structure, support, and mentorship to get you there.
