About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Construction Superintendent to join our team at ServiceMaster Restoration of Wilmington. As a leader in the restoration industry, we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers and who can lead a team to success.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all restoration projects from start to finish

Schedule and provide subcontractors with computer-generated work orders

Supervise and lead a team of technicians and ensure quality workmanship

Develop and maintain relationships with customers, insurance agents, and adjusters

Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and company policies

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively

Ability to perform punch list if needed

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in the restoration or construction industry

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and materials

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

IICRC certification is a plus

Moderate computer skills

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. (delivery of materials)
