We are hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead large-scale restoration projects in Miami-Dade County. What You’ll Do

• Lead daily on-site operations for high-rise restoration projects.
• Manage crews, subcontractors, and ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Oversee project schedules, inspections, and document control.
• Handle change orders and maintain accurate “As-Built” documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, engineers, and project managers.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years as a Construction Superintendent on large-scale projects.
• High-rise restoration experience is REQUIRED (concrete, stucco, waterproofing).
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage bar-graph schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore and Bluebeam experience a plus.
• Local or regional candidates preferred.
