Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day roofing construction operations on job sites in Farmington, NM

Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and material deliveries to ensure project timelines are met

Conduct site inspections to enforce quality control and safety compliance standards

Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications to guide roofing installation

Communicate project progress, issues, and updates to project managers and stakeholders

Ensure all work meets local building codes, OSHA regulations, and company standards

Resolve on-site challenges and make real-time decisions to keep projects on track

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent with a focus on commercial or residential roofing

Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques

Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and project specifications

Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and job site compliance requirements

Excellent leadership, communication, and crew management skills

Must be able to work independently as a 1099 independent contractor

Reliable transportation and ability to report to job sites in Farmington, NM
