This role is ideal for someone with strong finish carpentry skills who is equally comfortable managing subcontractors and rolling up their sleeves to get the job done. The right candidate will take ownership of the jobsite—ensuring both the quality of workmanship and timely execution of all tasks, including their own hands-on contributions.

You’ll supervise and coordinate all phases of construction projects while also performing high-level carpentry and finish work such as installing trim, hanging cabinets and doors, minor drywall work, and more. If you’re someone who enjoys all facets of leading a crew and completing a job, this is the perfect position for you.

    Key Responsibilities:

Actively participate in carpentry and finish work (cabinets, doors, trim, drywall patching, etc.)

Perform and manage punch list completion

Conduct final walk-throughs and secure sign-offs from customers

Schedule and supervise subcontractors and material deliveries

Ensure compliance with project specs, local codes, and company quality standards

Maintain job documentation and progress reports

    Coordinate inspections and site logistics

    Track and execute change orders

Support project planning and communicate expectations to the team and vendors

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or GED

Minimum 3 years of finish carpentry or related field experience

Strong working knowledge of tools, materials, and construction techniques

Ability to read plans, specs, and scopes of work

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to perform physical labor (standing, lifting, using hand tools, climbing ladders)

    Work Environment:

This is a field-based, physically active position

    Frequent driving to job sites

Work may include exposure to heat, noise, and construction environments
