Own day-to-day field execution for deck and dock projects: safety, quality, production, site logistics, documentation, and closeout. Keep work moving, communicate risks early, and deliver a clean, professional finish. Assist hands-on only when needed to protect schedule/quality. Responsibilities: • Safety: Enforce PPE/housekeeping; stop work for unsafe conditions. • Quality: Build per plans/scope; verify layout/dimensions; prevent rework. • Production Schedule: Plan daily work, coordinate sequencing, and remove constraints. • Coordination: Manage crews/subs, deliveries, inspections, and site access/logistics. • Communication: Update PM on progress, risks, and field-driven changes same day. • Documentation: Photos + daily notes in JobTread (or company system). • Punch Closeout: Drive punch list, final clean, and turnover readiness. Qualifications: • 3+ years of construction experience (carpentry/exterior preferred) with jobsite leadership responsibility. • Able to read plans, measure accurately, and coach correct installation methods. • Safety-first mindset; reliable communicator; organized and accountable. • Comfort with mobile documentation apps (JobTread or similar). • Valid driver’s license; dependable transportation. Compensation: $55,000 - $62,000 yearly
