Position Overview A skilled Operations leader is needed to run day-to-day field operations, uphold quality standards, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role requires a construction background, proven leadership, and the ability to build and manage field crews responsible for pavement-marking and related site-maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities • Oversee all field operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality project execution • Lead and manage crews performing striping, signage installs, wheel-stop placement, and similar tasks • Ensure all equipment, trucks, and tools are fully maintained, stocked, and ready for every project • Support recruiting, onboarding, and training as the team grows • Serve as the primary field contact for customers, addressing needs and ensuring strong satisfaction • Manage project planning and scheduling to deliver work on time and within budget • Enforce safety standards and promote a safety-first culture across the team • Maintain strict quality control across all services delivered

Qualifications • Construction management or related field experience (residential or commercial) • Ability to read and interpret construction plans for bids, layouts, and on-site execution • Demonstrated success leading field crews and delivering strong project outcomes • Proven operational performance and ability to build customer relationships that drive revenue • Strong accountability for planning, scheduling, and execution • Knowledge of pavement marking, paving, or concrete work is highly preferred • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed • Clean driving record
