  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Oversee and direct day-to-day field operations for one or multiple construction projects from preconstruction through completion
    • Manage site execution including staffing, schedules, construction resources, budgets, and contractual commitments
    • Coordinate, supervise, and direct subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification
    • Ensure all construction activities comply with plans, specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
    • Maintain a safe construction environment and enforce OSHA and site-specific safety requirements for all contractors and personnel
    • Plan work proactively to prevent issues and resolve field challenges efficiently as they arise
    • Monitor and manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of field activities
    • Review, prepare, and respond to RFIs; review submittals; and ensure proper documentation is maintained
    • Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals with local AHJs, utilities, and third-party inspectors
    • Support permitting activities, including obtaining required permits, licenses, and approvals
    • Ensure the use of proper construction techniques, materials, and workmanship across all job sites
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
    • Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, clients, suppliers, and internal leadership
    • Lead, direct, and evaluate field personnel and subcontractor performance
    • Maintain accurate field reports, schedules, and progress updates
    • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting committed timelines in a safe and productive environment
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • At least 4 years of experience on active commercial or industrial construction sites.
    • Familiarity with construction software such as MS Project, Procore, BlueBeam
    • Competent in the conflict and crisis management
    • Ability to work in a cross-functional capacity

    Pay Range: $95,000 - $115,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
